Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want canceling to be as easy as signing up. This policy explains how your VyeliMed membership renews and what happens when you cancel.

How your membership renews

• Your membership is billed monthly and renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Before you pay, you will see the monthly price, what it includes and your billing date, and you will agree to automatic renewal.
• We send a receipt by email after every charge, and a reminder before any price change takes effect.

How to cancel

• In your patient portal, under your account or membership settings.
• By emailing support@vyelimed.com from the email address on your account.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. We confirm every cancellation by email. After you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

• If your provider decides treatment is not right for you after your initial consultation, you will not be charged for medication, and we will refund any membership payment for that month.
• Before your medication ships, you can cancel and receive a full refund of that month's charge.
• After your medication ships, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for it. Pharmacy rules do not allow prescription medication to be returned or reused.
• Damaged, incorrect or missing orders: contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Paused or changed treatment

If your provider pauses or stops your treatment for clinical reasons, we will not charge you for medication you do not receive. You can also ask to pause your membership by contacting us.
