Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use vyelimed.com and the VyeliMed services offered by Vyelimed LLC ("VyeliMed," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Who can use VyeliMed
You must be at least 18 years old and located in Texas at the time of your consultation. You agree to give accurate, complete information about yourself and your health, and to keep it up to date.
We are not your medical provider
Vyelimed LLC provides administrative and technology services and does not practice medicine. Medical care is provided by independently licensed clinicians, who use their own professional judgment. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Your provider decides whether any treatment is right for you, and may decline, change or stop treatment at any time for clinical reasons.
Our services are not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Compounded medications
Medications offered through VyeliMed may be compounded by a licensed pharmacy for individual patients. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and their safety, effectiveness and quality have not been reviewed by the FDA. They are not the same as brand-name products such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro® or Zepbound®. Our compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide contain vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Results vary from person to person.
Membership and billing
Treatment is offered as a monthly membership that renews automatically until you cancel. The price, what it includes and the billing date are shown to you before you pay. By starting a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method each month. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@vyelimed.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for anyone other than yourself, share or resell medication, give false information, interfere with the website or portal, or use our services in any unlawful way.
Our content
The VyeliMed name, logo, website design and content belong to Vyelimed LLC or its licensors. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. People shown in photos and videos are models.
Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided "as is" to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise any specific health or weight-loss result.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Vyelimed LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, and clinical care is the responsibility of your treating provider.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify members of important changes by email. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept it.
Telehealth consent
Care through VyeliMed is delivered by telehealth, which means your provider evaluates you using online forms, secure messaging and, when needed, video or phone visits instead of an in-person exam. Telehealth has benefits, such as convenience, and limits, such as the lack of a physical exam. Your provider may ask you to see someone in person if that is safer for you. Before your first consultation, you will review and sign your treating provider's full Telehealth Informed Consent in the patient portal.
